Steve's Trades
We're going to an AAPL Jade Lizard this week (which is an AAPL Cash Secured Put plus an AAPL Bear Call Spread). Note that we're a bit more bullish since the Cash Secured Put has a higher delta.
1. AAPL Cash Secured Put
Expiration Date: June 30, 2023
Step 1: Have $17,000 of cash as collateral
Step 2: Sell 1 $170 strike put option (delta -0.30) for $235
Credit/premium received: $235
2. AAPL Bear Call Spread
Expiration Date: June 30, 2023
Step 1: Buy 1 $200 strike call option (delta 0.01) for $8
Step 2: Sell 1 $185 strike call option (delta 0.20) for $106
Step 3: Set a buy-stop order of 100 shares at $184
Credit/premium received: $106 - $8 = $98
