Last time we did Nike's (NKE) fundamentals when their earnings came up. That's a quarter ago and since then, Nike's gain has been around 15%. Nike's presence in a portfolio has been dominant for some time and for good reason; they have a strong management team and legendary branding impacting the globe. It only makes sense to do a touch base with this powerhouse. Last time they lifted their Q4 earnings projections up from Q3; many retailers do since Q4 tends to have a predictable increase in revenue due to consumer appetite in the holidays. Let's take a peek
Last 4 earnings report:

2020 Q1: miss
2019 Q4: beat
3-year total revenue

Nike sure knows how to run a marathon when it comes to technical performance. It's no Tesla, but it's definitely not a slouch. Is it gonna be a slam dunk this upcoming week? Let's keep an eye on it, but remember to wait for the GUIDANCE. Get an idea of how healthy the business is especially in the middle of an economic conflict.
By the way, we're planning to release our Level 2 series on LEAPs in the middle of the month! To celebrate, we're gonna give you all an early bird special discount! We're going to reward current standard members by grandfathering them into level 2 up until the release of level 2 so if you haven't already subscribed to our standard membership where you'll learn about selling covered calls and cash-secured puts to create an additional income stream on companies like Nike, make sure you sign up! What we'll teach in level 2 is very complementary to level 1 so you're going to want to tune in.
Until next time!
